Onslow Women's Center
The mission of the Onslow Women's Center is to provide assistance and crisis intervention to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Onslow and surrounding counties. The Onslow Women's Center provides a safe haven and a peaceful, healing environment, which facilitates the recovery process. We offer continuous, supportive programs which foster greater self-esteem, self-confidence, self-control, and self-respect that restores individual dignity. We are determined to increase public awareness of related domestic violence and sexual assault issues thereby promoting a more safe and satisfying quality of life for our community.
United Way of Onslow County is our community in action. For over 55 years, the United Way has mobilized resources and leadership to help build a stronger community. United Way works together with individuals, businesses and organizations to build relationships, gather and share information, identify the most important issues and act on their root causes.
